Le ballet.
For about 40 minutes I was able to immerse myself in a world that spread out before me full of goodness. It's not the spectacular figures and movements, but the small details that only become visible when you understand that every posture begins with a soft movement. It may sound simple, but in ballet all the variables of movement come together with love for yourself.
